Ebike4Delivery up to 7,500 bikes in 2018

Last week we visited the factory of Ebike4Delivery in Cuijck near Nijmegen in The Netherlands. Ebike4Delivery is a exhibitor at the International Cargo Bike Festival since 2014 and they will also participate at the ICBF2018 @ VELOBerlin.

After a slow start, things got moving since the second half of 2015. Big food chains like, Domino's Pizza, Subway, Burger King, Thuisbezorgd, etc. use their delivery bikes in growing numbers. Many smelly and noisy mopeds are replaced by these electric, smooth and silent delivery bikes.

Now they are selling deliverybikes by such rates that they expect to reach 7,500 sold bikes by June 2018. The delivery boys and girls ride about 30km per day in average. With 7,500 bikes on the road, this makes 225,000 km per day; clean kilometers instead of polluting kilometers.

At the ICBF2018 @ VELOBerlin, Ebike4Delivery will also present their cargobikes and cargotrikes.
